Recognizing Problem Gambling

Be aware of warning signs that gambling may be becoming problematic:

• Spending more money or time gambling than you can afford
• Chasing losses by gambling more to recover previous losses
• Neglecting work, family, or personal responsibilities due to gambling
• Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
• Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed about gambling activities
• Lying to family or friends about your gambling habits

If you recognize these signs in yourself or someone you know, reach out for professional help. We support organizations like GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous.

RTP (Return to Player)

The percentage of all wagered money that a slot or casino game pays back to players over time. For example, a 96% RTP means the game returns Rp 96 for every Rp 100 wagered on average.

House Edge

The mathematical advantage the casino has over players in any given game, expressed as a percentage. Lower house edge means better odds for the player.

Wager / Stake

The amount of money you bet on a single game round or sports event. Also refers to the total amount you must bet to clear bonus wagering requirements.

Odds

The ratio that determines how much you win relative to your stake. Decimal odds of 2.50 mean you win Rp 250 for every Rp 100 bet (including your stake returned).

Spread Betting

A type of sports bet where you wager on whether a team will win by more or less than the bookmaker's predicted margin. Popular in football and basketball.

Parlay / Accumulator

A single bet that combines multiple selections. All picks must win for the bet to pay out, but the combined odds offer much higher potential returns. Known as mix parlay in Indonesian betting terminology.

Live Betting / In-Play

Placing bets on a sports event while it's happening. Odds change dynamically based on the current game situation, offering exciting real-time wagering opportunities.

Cashout

A feature allowing you to settle your bet before the event concludes, securing a profit or minimizing a loss. The cashout amount depends on the current odds.

Bankroll

The total amount of money you've set aside specifically for gambling. Proper bankroll management is crucial for responsible gaming and long-term enjoyment.

Volatility / Variance

Describes how often and how much a slot pays out. High volatility slots pay less frequently but offer larger wins; low volatility slots pay more often but smaller amounts.

Free Spins

Bonus rounds in slot games where you spin the reels without wagering your own money. Winnings from free spins are typically subject to wagering requirements.

Wagering Requirement

The number of times you must bet a bonus amount before you can withdraw it. A 30x requirement on a Rp 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rp 30,000 total before cashout.
